• How Long will the project take to complete?

  Since we only work one project at a time we never “pull off” to work on another project during your construction. We’ve been specializing in remodeling for over 30 years, we can finish promptly while working in fully furnished areas, spotlessly clean up daily, and keep your home just as livable as always.

  Kitchen remodeling projects normally take 10 – 15 days depending on materials selected and city permit requirements. See our detailed Kitchen Timeline below for an overview.

• What should I do when construction is taking place?

  We do not require you to stay home and supervise our construction. That is our job. All of the details for your project will be worked out before we remove even one item from your home.

  Some folks like to watch us create their new bathroom or kitchen, and in that case we ask you to wear protective goggles and a face mask at certain stages of construction; however this can impede our progress.

  We are always happy to stop for a few minutes and invite you in for a peek and explain what we have done so far.

• Who will be working in my home?

  We are a family owned and operated company. My three sons and I do all of the work in your home. If other professionals (painter, shower door installer, etc.) are consulted, they will have a long association with us and work to the same high-quality level that we do.

  I, or my sons, will be on your job every day attending to all details. We don’t hire temporary or undocumented workers. All professionals are English speaking.

• What about new flooring and paint?

  Oftentimes, your existing flooring can be covered and protected, avoiding replacement altogether. If this is not an option, we have many flooring samples you can select from such as, top-of-the line full-sheet vinyl, tile, or stone.

  We also have an experienced professional painter who will help you select paint colors. He will apply the finishing touch to your newly remodeled kitchen or bathroom.
